Made from organic cotton, the Mortu knit cardigan has a relaxed, straight fit and it features the Pulloposti pattern. The cardigan has a button closure and wide ribbing at the sleeve ends and hemline. The intarsia knitting method gives the knit a lively surface.

Maija Isola drew inspiration for her work from her countless trips around the world. Pulloposti (message in a bottle) was originally part of a collection entitled Aurinko ja Meri (The Sun and the Sea), in which patterns were inspired by the island of Crete in the Mediterranean Sea. The designer was enchanted by the endlessly fascinating marine world.
